We are a state of the art home kitchen location rental perfect for photo and video production. The 1,700 square foot studio (a recreational cooking school in operation for 5+ years) includes a kitchen plus dining and sitting areas which are appropriate for filming, lounging or working. Abundant natural light, many amenities, professional appliances, tools and props make this space desirable for daytime shoots for kitchen scenes, lifestyle, still life, product photography and video productions. Because we are a fully functioning cooking school, if you have forgotten any food items, we probably have it!

Our location in Boxford, MA (30 minutes from Boston to the south and 20 minutes from the NH border) is convenient to I95.
